Florence And The Machine announce March tour

with support from The Horrors - tickets will go on sale on Friday

Florence and the Machine who released their sophomore album 'Ceremonials' on Halloween have announced a tour for March next year.

The album has already shipped over 1 million units and hit the top of the charts both sides of the Atlantic in its first week.

This will be singer Florence Welch and band's first full UK tour since the 'Cosmic Love' tour in May 2010, and includes two nights Alexandra Palace in London.

The main support on all dates will come from The Horrors, with Spector announced as the opening band throughout the tour except at the Alexandra Palace, on London on Friday 9th March, where Florence will be joined by Theme Park.

The March 2012 tour dates are as follows:

Tue 13 March LG Arena, Birmingham
Thu 15 March MEN Arena, Manchester
Fri 16 March Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle upon Tyne

Tickets will be priced at £29.50, or from €35 for Dublin, and will go on sale at 9am on Friday 25 November, and eGigs will have links to buy them then.
