Since arriving on the scene in 2008, Katy has sold out her own 50-city world headlining tour, plus hosted and performed - twice - at the MTV's European Music Awards, where she also won Best New Act in 2008. As well as several Grammy nominations, Katy won a BRIT Award in 2009 for Best International Female.
On Monday 15th November Katy releases her new single 'Firework/i>', the latest single from new album 'Teenage Dream'. Her previous singles, 'California Gurls' and 'Teenage Dream' were released in June and August respectively, and still sit in the Top 10 of the UK Radio Airplay chart. The new album has sold over 1.7 million globally. Whilst more than 10 million singles, tracks and videos have been sold worldwide since her debut pop hit 'I Kissed A Girl' in 2008.
Katy says of the tour, "I hope that it's going to engage all of your senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, touch."
