Slipknot announce December tour

The masked band Slipknot will tour the UK in December, to promote their new album 'All Hope Is Gone' released on Monday 25th August.

The band who have just pulled out of Reading and Leeds Festivals, because drummer Joey Jordison has broken his ankle will first play two nights in London on December 1st and 2nd, before playing more arena venues in cities like Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham.

The support acts for these dates have been confirmed as Machine Head and Children of Bodom.

The December tour dates are as follows:

Tue 02 December Hammersmith Apollo, London
Fri 05 December Cardiff International Arena (CIA), Cardiff
Sun 07 December National Indoor Arena (NIA), Birmingham
Mon 08 December SECC & Clyde Auditorium (The Armadillo), Glasgow
Tue 09 December Evening News Arena (MEN Arena), Manchester
Thu 11 December Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle upon Tyne
Fri 12 December Sheffield Arena, Sheffield
