Texas announce November tour

After a 6 year hiatus, Glaswegian alt-rockers Texas Have announced they will take to the road in November this year.

The band led by Sharleen Spiteri release their eighth new studio album entitled 'The Conversation' next week. The album, their eighth, features tracks written and produced by Spiteri and bassist Johnny McElhone and features Richard Hawley and Bernard Butler. Recorded in Glasgow, London and at Hawley's studio in Sheffield where the seven tracks he worked on went on to form the backbone of the album.

The band will appear at T in the Park before returning to tour in November showcasing their new material alongside anthems such as 'I Don't Want a Lover', 'Say What You Want', 'Halo', 'Black Eyed Boy' and 'Summer Son'.

Texas tickets go on-sale at 9am on Friday 17th May priced at £37 or £48.50 regionally (£37 or £50 in London), and eGigs will have links to buy thenm then.
