Peter Gabriel goes back to front to celebrate 25 years of So

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of his multi-platinum album 'So', Peter Gabriel will bring his 'Back To Front Tour' to the UK in October next year featuring the original live band who toured 'So' with him over 25 years ago.

Each night the show will feature songs spanning Gabriel's music career as well as the iconic album performed in its entirety.

So was the ex-Genesis singer's fifth solo album, and was recorded in February 1985 in an old farmhouse called Ashcombe near Bath. Released the following year 'So' became one of the defining albums of the era, generating millions of sales and huge hits with 'Sledgehammer', 'Don't Give Up' with Kate Bush, 'Say Anything', and 'In Your Eyes'.

The Back To Front tour began in the US earlier this year and sees Gabriel reunited with musicians, bass wizard Tony Levin, guitarist David Rhodes, keyboardist David Sancious and drummer Manu Katche.

Thu 24 October The Hydro, Glasgow
Fri 25 October MEN Arena, Manchester
