tickets will go on sale Thursday

news: Tuesday 14th June 2011

Bombay Bicycle Club head out on their biggest UK headline tour to date this Autumn, off the back of releasing their third album, 'A Different Kind of Fix' at the end of August.

After last summer's acoustic dates, this tour will see the band with guitars fully plugged back in.

In a little over three years, the band will have released three LPs starting with their debut 'I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose'; to last summer's top ten charting 'Flaws' and now follow them with 'A Different Kind of Fix' which reunites the band with Jim Abbiss - who produced their debut album - and also introduces them to Ben Allen – noted for his work with Animal Collective - whilst lead singer, Jack Steadman co-produces throughout.

The album is preceded by new single, 'Shuffle', which will be released the week before.

Their headline tour dates are as follows:

Fri 30 September Brighton Dome, Brighton
Sat 01 October O2 Academy, Newcastle upon Tyne
