Lostprophets announce new shows

Lostprophets have announced new shows announced ahead of their home town gig at Cardiff Arena.

The Welsh band have just finished an epic 18 date sold out tour across the UK, and announced two brand new shows at O2 Academy, Bournemouth and Folkestone Leas Cliff Hall in April ahead of their Cardiff Arena show on Saturday 1st May.

Before embarking on the dates, Lostprophets will release their third single 'For He's a Jolly Good Felon' on Monday 5th April, taken from the acclaimed top 3 album 'The Betrayed' out now. The track is already proving a live favourite and will feature exclusive b-sides across the formats.

After the UK tour the band head to Australia, Japan and then Europe for dates taking them up to their new dates. The band are performing tracks from all their albums and 'For He's a Jolly Good Felon' has become a stand out track already.

The band formed over 10 years ago in Pontypridd, Wales and have risen to be one of the UK's biggest rock bands selling over 2 million albums along the way.

The new Lostprophets dates are as follows:

Wed 28 April O2 Academy, Bournemouth
Frid 30 April Leas Cliff Hall, Folkestone
Sat 01 May Cardiff International Arena, Cardiff

Tickets are priced at £22.50, and on sale at 9am tomorrow, Friday 5th March, tickets for Cardiff have already sold out. eGigs will have links to buy tickets for the other shows available tomorrow.
