Babyshambles and Hole announced for The Shockwaves NME Awards Shows

Pete Doherty's Babyshambles, and Courtney Love's band Hole are the latest acts to be announced for the The Shockwaves NME Awards Shows.

A modified Hole are set to return for the first time since their split in 2002 and will showcase songs from their forthcoming album 'Nobody's Daughter', set for release early this year.

Both bands will take to the stage on Wednesday 17th February with Babyshambles playing London's Koko and Hole appearing at Shepherds Bush Empire.

They will join headline acts including The Maccabees, Miike Snow, Hadouken!, Simian Mobile Disco, British Sea Power, The Sunshine Underground, and New Young Pony Club who are already confirmed for the shows which pre-empt the Shockwaves NME Awards, taking place The following Wednesday, 24th February, at the O2 Academy Brixton.
