news: Wednesday 26th August 2009

Today a tour featuring young British talent, including Chipmunk, Ironik, Kid British, MPHO, Tinie Tempah, Egypt, Mz Bratt, and Aggro Santos has been announced.

The tour is presented by The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column and will be hitting the UK in October. The tour will commence on Saturday 17th October at O2 Academy Bristol with tickets going on sale this Friday 28th August at 9am.

The Sun's Bizarre Editor Gordon Smart said, "Bizarre has been at the forefront of championing the brightest British urban talent around. Staging the Bizarre Presents The Brrrap Pack Tour will give these young chart conquering homegrown artists, like Chipmunk, Ironik and MPHO the chance to spread their positive message across the length and breadth of the UK."

Chipmunk added, "It's cool to see The Sun supporting young talented artists. Not just ones that have had chart success but also new up and coming artists. It's a great line up of British talent. It's my first headline tour – wow, you can expect a night of entertainment, I love to bring something different to the stage and I love to get the audience involved. October is a very exciting month for me as the album is out and this tour is happening so expect me to perform tracks from the album too. I want to thank Bizarre who have been incredibly supportive and I jumped at the chance to be a part of this tour, see you there."
