news: Tuesday 9th June 2009

The Specials continue their 30th Anniversary celebrations with the announcement of the final dates of their tour. The band kick off another set of shows on 1st November in Cardiff and continue around the country for the month.

Their earlier dates in April and May of this year sold out in record time, and received spectacular reactions and reviews, with every venue on the tour packed to the rafters and the band's classic tracks sounding 'eerily relevant' to the current times. The second leg of the tour sees the band visit those concert halls that missed out on the first leg before a return to London for two massive nights at the Hammersmith Apollo to follow their five sold out nights at Brixton.

This is a second chance to see one of the UK's finest ever acts, dates are as follows:
Sun 01 November Cardiff International Arena (CIA), Cardiff
Mon 02 November Spa Theatre & Royal Hall, Bridlington
Wed 04 November Empress Ballroom & Arena at Winter Gardens, Blackpool
Thu 05 November Plymouth Pavillions, Plymouth
Sat 07 November Winter Gardens, Margate
Mon 09 November Civic Hall, Wolverhampton
Thu 12 November Corn Exchange, Edinburgh
Wed 18 November Cliffs Pavilion, Southend-on-Sea
Thu 19 November Brighton Centre, Brighton
Sat 21 November Rock City, Nottingham
