WIN a pair of tickets to see Easy Star All Stars do The Beatles

winners details

This April and May, The Easy Star All Stars are going on their own magical mystery tour showcasing their new album, a unique 're-imagining' of The Beatles' classic Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and eGigs is offering two lucky winners the chance to win tickets.

Easy Star All Stars @ Lemon Grove (Exeter University), Exeter on 31-10-2008
This continues Easy Star's series that transforms timeless albums into reggae masterpieces, begun with 'Dub Side Of The Moon' (2003) and 'Radiodread (2006). The first single from the new album, 'With A Little Help From My Friends'," is available now exclusively on iTunes, along with a dub b-side version featuring U Roy.

The band's shows on this tour will feature songs from all three albums along with some of their own original compositions.

The Easy Star All Stars are a collective of reggae musicians from New York. Combining musical versatility, instrumental prowess, beautiful vocal harmonies and a superb rhythm section, the Easy Star All-Stars have established themselves as one of the top live international reggae acts since their live debut in 2003.

Support for all of the tour dates (except Glasgow and Belfast) is Ed Rome whose debut album 'In Minutes' is out now on the Rockers Revolt label.

Their tour dates are as follows:
Tue 28 April Koko, London
Wed 29 April Club Academy, Manchester
Wed 06 May 02 Academy 2, Birmingham
