Blur to play a show at MEN Arena in Manchester

Blur will be playing a warm up gig before their expected Glastonbury Festival appearance at the MEN Arena in Manchester on Friday 26th June.

Blur's show at the MEN will be followed by the two Blur shows at London's Hyde Park at the beginning of July and their headline slot at the T in the Park festival in Scotland.

The four piece group who reformed at the end of last year have a catalogue of seven studio albums, and have had a string of Top 10 singles including number 1 hits with 'Country House' and 'Beetlebum'. Their last album 'Think Tank' was released in 2003.

These dates see Graham Coxon will join Alex James, Dave Rowntree and Damon Albarn on stage for this first time since their Royal Festival Hall performance in 2000.

Tickets for the Manchester show will go on general sale at 9am this Friday, 13th February, and eGigs will have links for you to buy them then.
