Fight Like Apes are personally requested to support The Prodigy

Rising stars Fight Like Apes will be supporting The Prodigy on their sold out UK tour in December. Liam, Keith and Maxim are all big FLApes fans and personally requested the band for the gigs.



The Prodigy shows will complete a big year for Fight Like Apes, which has seen the band play over 100 concerts in the UK and Ireland, taking in all the major festivals, being interviewed by eGigs, and touring with The Tings Tings, We Are Scientists, and Kasabian.

The band also spent a month in Seattle working on their debut album – 'Fight Like Apes And The Mystery Of The Golden Medallion' – with producer John Goodmanson.

Other FLApe news includes the band signing to Sony Music Japan for the far eastern release of their debut album.

The album will be released in the UK on Monday 26th January 2009 on Model Citizen Records.
