Take That announce stadium tour

Ninties pop group Take That have announced details of their stadium tour for 2009.

Take That will be taking their new album 'The Circus' released on Monday 1st December on their 'The Circus Live – Summer 2009' tour to eight stadiums in June and July, including concerts in Sunderland, Cardiff, Glasgow, a three night residency in Manchester and two shows at Wembley Stadium. The album, will be preceded by new single, 'Greatest Day' on Monday 24th November.

Take That confirmed the tour saying, "All of us are really looking forward to getting back on the road again next summer. We can think of no better way to thank everyone for their support and loyalty over the past three years."

"This will be the biggest tour we've ever done so we'll be working especially hard over the next few months to make it the best and most exciting Take That tour yet."

Sat 20 June Hampden Park, Glasgow
Fri 26 June Lancashire County Cricket Ground (Old Trafford), Manchester
Sat 27 June Lancashire County Cricket Ground (Old Trafford), Manchester
Sun 28 June Lancashire County Cricket Ground (Old Trafford), Manchester
Fri 03 July Wembley Stadium, London
Sat 04 July Wembley Stadium, London
