Known for his busking, and apparently his love of fish n chips, Badly Drawn Boy has announced the winner of a competition he was running on his website for the best chippy in the coutnry.The man otherwise known as Damon Gough, had asked fans to pick from a list of list of ten Chip Shops.
The winner was Magnet Chip Shop in Bristol. The shop will now souble up as a music venue so that Badly Drawn Boy can perform, presumably while people order their fish n chips. The date scheduled for the performance is Saturday February 17th. He will also performa at the two runner up chip shops, Londons, Toffs on Thursday February 15th and Grimsbys Smiths on Friday February 23rd.
Tickets for these shows are extremey limited and are available on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you get in there quick.
Badly Drawn Boy will also release new single 'A Journey from A to B,' on February 26th.
