Snow Patrol get another injury

drummer breaks his arm

news: Monday 22nd January 2007

Last October eGigs reported that Snow Patrol bassist Paul Wilson had suffered a serious injury and that the band had been forced to pull out of a number of European dates (read the full story here).

Now it seems the band have received another dosage of bad luck. Drummer Jonny Quinn has now broken his arm while snowboarding in the Alps, and the group have had to draft in an old friend as a replacement.

Surprisingly enough the replacement is a former member of Therapy and The Cranberries. The drummer, known as Graham Hopkins will be standing in for Quinn on their European tour, which kicks off in Offenbach on March 4.
