Wire have announced a 40th anniversary tour this autumn following the recent release of their 15th album "Silver/Lead". They start their tour on Tuesdsay 24th October at Waterfront Studio in Norwich, before shows in Bristol, Dover, Brighton, York, Preston, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Newcastle, Dundee, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Oxford, finishing at Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth on Friday 10th November.
