Manic Street Preachers announce Holy Bible shows

7 December shows to celebrate 20th anniversary

Welsh rockers Manic Street Preachers will perform seven shows throughout the UK to celebrate 20th anniversary of their album 'The Holy Bible'.

Released on August 29, 1994, 'The Holy Bible' was the band's last album to feature guitarist Richey James Edwards, who disappeared on the 1st February 1995.

A statement from the band says, "After months of rumour and speculation, we're pleased to confirm that the Manics will be marking the 20th anniversary of their '90s classic 'The Holy Bible' with a series of unique live shows."

The dates are announced as:

Mon 8 December Barrowland, Glasgow
Wed 10 December Albert Hall, Manchester
Thu 11 December Albert Hall, Manchester
Sat 13 December Olympia Theatre, Dublin
Mon 15 December Roundhouse, London
Tue 16 December Roundhouse, London
Wed 17 December Roundhouse, London

Tickets are priced £32.50 / London £35, and go on sale at 9am on Friday 26th September, and eGigs will have links to buy them then.
