Jimmy Eat World add Leeds date to sold out tour

American rockers Jimmy Eat World have added a date at O2 Academy, in Leeds on Monday 15th November to their almost sold out tour in November.

The band reunited with producer Mark Trombino, for their new album 'Invented' released this week. Mark also worked on the band's breakthrough album, 'Bleed American' and their seminal earlier albums, 'Static Prevails' and 'Clarity'.

Lead singer and guitarist Jim Adkins said, "We're very excited about 'Invented', it was great reconnecting and creating an album with Mark Trombino, we can't wait for our fans to hear it."

The band commemorated the 10-year anniversary of 'Clarity' their third album last year. Jimmy Eat World will be playing tracks from their new album plus tracks from their extensive back catalogue at the following gigs:

Tickets are priced at £16.50 and go on sale at 9am tomorrow (Fri 1st October), and eGigs will have links to buy them then.
