As previous reported, fans in Maxïmo Park's hometown of Newcastle were treated to a similarly intimate show at the city's Baltic Centre For Contemporary Arts last week. The gig was originally intended to take place on the centre's rooftop overlooking the River Tyne but was moved indoors amid safety concerns for the 300-strong, stage-invading crowd.
The band's sixteen-date, sold out UK tour kicks off in Cardiff on Monday 23rd of April and culminates at The Forum in London on May 12th.
