Pete Doherty pulls in
solo show instead of none

After first announcing that Babyshambles were cancelling their support slot for The Streets at Alexandra Palace, London today (Friday 11th March) due to a bereavement in the family of drummer Adam Ficek, Pete Doherty has said he'll play a solo show instead.
Says Doherty: "After a lot of consideration I have decided that I dont want to let the fans down and so will go ahead with the show on my own."
He doesn't want to let fans down? Maybe he really has turned over a new leaf!
