Emotive festival favourites Elbow who sold out their near hometown Jodrell Bank show within minutes of going on sale, have announced a series of UK dates in November and December.
Lat year their debut UK arena tour sold out, and after a career defining sets at Glastonbury Festival and Reading/Leeds, and a series of unique shows that encompassed the crypt of St Paul's and their hometown's Manchester Cathedral, they followed it this year with well received performances at Isle Of Wight, T in the Park, and Latitude.
This year they also provide the theme music for the BBC's 2012 Olympic coverage, and are gearing up for the forthcoming release of 'Dead In The Boot', a B sides album released at the end of next month which completes the current Elbow catalogue following the reissues of their first three studio albums.
Elbow will play the following shows:
Mon 26 November The Capital FM Arena, Nottingham
Wed 28 November NIA (National Indoor Arena), Birmingham
Thu 29 November Liverpool Echo Arena, Liverpool
Sat 01 December Manchester Arena, Manchester
Sun 02 December The O2 Arena, London
Tickets will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 27th July, priced from £29.50, and eGigs will have links to buy them ready then.
