The film version of their theatrical rock opera hit screens two weeks ago, and took £922,574 at the box office in its first week. Accompanying the film is a book tie-in, and of course their second album The Pick of Destiny, which reached number 10 in its first week in the UK.
Tenacious D will be performing tonight at the Manchester Evening News Arena, before heading onto Birmingham on Friday 15th of December.
