I was always mixed about the Cold War Kids. My friends were really into them when they first came out and I honestly didn't see the appeal but either they've really grown on me or they've really improved as I think their newer stuff is great fun to listen to. After being pestered by my friends for ages now I'm finally going to see them live in London here: Bloomsbury Ballroom - Cold War Kids but I'm going to reserve full judgment on the band until I see them live as I think that makes such a difference.
