These five young rock gods play original guitar rock tracks with the flavour of old classics mixed with their own unique funky sound. The band is full of confidence; articulate front man Patch Burley entertains the crowd with a maturity beyond his years whilst belting out soulful vocals like an old pro. Souljacker are influenced by a mix of 70’s bands such as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Jimi Hendrix and currents bands like Opeth and Clutch. Throw in a touch of high-energy Funk and you’ve got the essence of the Souljacker sound. Voted the best unsigned band for March 2008 by Ultimate Guitar, Souljacker are a band that means business. Although still only 18 & 19 years old, as a unit they’re energetic, very very tight and sound like they’ve been playing for decades.
