I'm off to see Republic of Loose on Thursday, but know zilch about them right now.

Can anyone suggest a few tracks I should check out?

They sound a bit like Fun Lovin Criminals - only more Delta 'black' blues despite bein white and hailin from Ireland, they played TiTp and best tunes include from the album This Is The Tomb of The Juice are Hold Up and Kiddin Man and Slow Down, very bluesy stuff, they can play properly but are a bit lacking in enough decent tunes, so expect a shortish set. Recommended accompaniment Jack Daniels and they are I hear a bit Alabama 3 type crazy on stage.

I am just listening to their album Aaagh! and its bloody great!!
tracks i love are Break, Comeback Girl and Greedy ( it's a little rude if you listen to the lyrics!)
