Looks like a bit of a party!
What a load of shit, last year I went to the Edinburgh 'celebrations' and they cancelled the concrt and then the street party at about 11pm! Because it was raining... I would have thought to at least expect that.

It was a bit worse than just rain, didn't the staging break???
